The Ballpark North

A very good apartment for probably the cheapest apartment in Austin. The bus route makes it easy to get to campus. Their employees are very helpful and nice, and the maintenance team is very quick and thorough. I like that the buildings themselves are not cramped relative to each other, and the rooms themselves are decent. The big mirrors that are the closet doors make the room feel a lot bigger than it actually is. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone. Also very close drive or walk to many parks and restraunts

This is a great place to live if youre a student. Its close to the UT campus and the people are really friendly so its very convenient.

My Bf has been living here for the past 3 years, every roommate he has had were always amazing and friendly, until recently this year he was paired with a guy who's completely rude and petty. These past few days have been hell and he's been looking for any excuse to get him evicted. Just recently he has fined for cleanliness, but little does the office know he is the only one who maintains the apartment clean, he mops, washed the sink and even washed the patio by scrubbing it down. His roommate takes advantage and just used him to throw out his trash and use his supplies without consent, he had finished at least 2 bottles of softener before he even got the chance. He also broke the washer buttons and which I figured out how to place it back. Not only that but recently a few days ago, he came out of his room and (I was with my bf at the time as well as my 5 year old daughter) I went to the fridge to get some food and he comes out starts banging on the front door and then to my bf room door and gets in my face and tells me next time it's going to be me. Now I'm 4 months pregnant to be threatened at such a vulnerable time made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe for the growth of my baby. As well for my daughter which was crying to me scared. He later proceeds to OPEN my bf door to HIS room and yells at him. Now that is violating his privacy and personal space. NEVER have we ever experience such type of disrespect. Instead of the office coming to ask for his side of the story they end up FINING my bf for something the roommate caused. They don't care about anyone and just go with one side. Terrible part of management, Do NOT recommend.ALSO: he is very aware im pregnant my bf had let him know months before the incident.UPDATE: He keeps harassing me and ONLY ME. he just told me to end my life and keeps getting close to my face.
