Tramor At the Arboretum

Went to view this community on 1/11/23. Madison and Tara were so kind, professional and answered all my questions and concerns with ease. The community is gorgeous and the units are upgraded and adorable. Plush green landscape and very clean. A bit pricey but I'm considering them as the community is very lovely.

I moved to the Tramor April 2022 from the SF Bay Area without even viewing the property or the unit. I have never taken such a risk before however in hindsight, Im very happy I did! The Tramors management staff has always been very helpful since before I moved in. Tara is amazing! The property is well-kept and quiet. Its also quite convenient - only a stones throw away from Trader Joes (a 5 minute walk,) The Domain and downtown Austin. I absolutely love my unit (2nd floor) and parking is never an issue! The topography of Great Hills is beautiful; reminds me a bit of CA. This is a great community with solid management staff!

Great place! Stayed a year and only leaving because I want a yard for my pup. Im going to miss this place and how quiet and calm it is. Ive had no issues with noise or packages being lost or taken. Maintenance is fast fast. People are usually good at picking up after their pups here but the complex also has someone clean up anything left which is great because you can actually walk around. Never had this at any other apartment. Plus its a short walk to Trader Joes.

Just renewed our lease! Management (especially Tara, who I often interact with) is very responsive and friendly. Also the property is quiet at night and is near all the major highways and stores.
