Great pet community. Great location and awesome amenities! The staff is always attentive to resident needs. The apartment layouts are spacious.

Would not recommend this place and I lived here for about 2 years. The property is in a great location for shopping, getting around Austin, and backs up to a nature preserve which I loved. However, if you ever have to interact with the management of this property you’ll understand why I’m reviewing them so harshly. The staff in the office is rude and often drops the ball with communication on important issues. Anytime I had a maintenance issue or emergency I was treated like it was a greater inconvenience for them to deal with me than actually solving the problem like they are supposed to. The property manager, Leigh Anne, gaslighted me on several occasions even though she had asked for my feedback with different issues. The units themselves look like they have been repaired cheaply or by just slapping another coat of paint on top of what was there. The parking policy here is also a joke, not nearly enough guest spots and they will tow you. All of my neighbors had similar stories from living here, there are much better places in Austin than this one for the money.
