Good place for seafood downtown, great appetizers. A little pricey and a little slow, so go here if you're not in a hurry.

M&S has a great happy hour, both on the bar and food that runs both 5-7 and 9-10. The food and drink quality ranges from good to excellent, so it follows that it is a good idea to talk to your server before ordering. Overall, I am a fan. I just returned here recently for a friend's joint-birthday lunch and ordered the maple-brined seared chicken with potatoes and greens under the $10 daily lunch specials. Everything on the plate was perfectly cooked, but lacked a simple salt and pepper seasoning. Once remedied however, the food was excellent and I had more than enough left to take some to-go with me. Because I told the server that it was almost my birthday (and it is) I then got a free slice of their apple pie with a brown sugar crust and Amy's ice cream, which was phenomenal. One of the best that I have ever had, I seriously recommend it whether it is almost your birthday or not.

Pretty good happy hour grub. The environment is kinda boring but great location and central to just about everything downtown.
