Our technician, John, was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He repaired my air conditioning unit efficiently and will careful attention to detail. Last thing you want is for your air conditioning to go out right before summer. Since my unit was so old I feared the worst, but John had a fix that was both cost effective and a long term solution for our home.

Highly recommend for emergency services! Apex was able to come on a Saturday evening on short notice after our original AC company failed to show. It took only a few hours from contacting them to our AC being fixed (they replaced the belt). I had called multiple AC companies who advertised emergency after hour services, but Apex was the only one that actually picked up.

I had used them to inspect a heat exchange crack.. I was told the cost to come and. check is 90$ but was shocked by the bill of 380$ that was charged to me after finding non issues.. no repairs were done just the inspection.. even the repair would have not have cost that amount.. make sure you are clear on the charges that may be charged to you before calling them
