Energy Guys

Energy guys installed a complete new AC system at my home when the old unit died in the middle of summer. They worked us into the schedule and did a thorough job on the install. It's worked great for 2 years now with no issues. I was able to afford a higher efficiency model at their prices. They also installed an Ecobee thermostat which has been a lot of fun (changing the ac temp on your phone from anywhere is nice). I recommend energy guys. We are saving money on our electricity bill and the ac works great.

They originally did a good job. A few years later some of their work started to fail and needs replacement. I'm now selling my house and the final walk-through is on Thursday. I've been trying to reach them through email and phone and they won't return my communications. The call service has listed my calls as 'emergency' and 'multiple calls' and still nothing.

Jeff is awesome! We're working on a number of things, but the service, delivery and follow through has been even more than I expected. I'm a single mom with two kids, and had these folks not pulled through for me at the last minute on a Friday, our long Memorial Day weekend would have been a total bust. Instead, our AC worked and we were able to enjoy the time. I highly recommend The Energy Guys and will call them again in a heartbeat. THANK YOU!

Not trustworthy! So disappointed in Energy guys. They seemed nice at first but the second I wrote them the check they completely ghosted. Getting our rebates was like pulling teeth and took several months and way too many phone calls. Now I realize that they installed a weird size air filter that I can't get anywhere...I have called them now like 10 times because I really need an answer to a question that would take them about 2 minutes and no one will call me back. We spent like $10000 on our new system and now they can't even give me a simple answer and I'm in danger of messing up this expensive equipment. I feel used.
