Recovery Unplugged Austin Rehab Center

I absolutely adore the tech staff and the operations manager. So I will keep my review short and true. 1. If you are from it of town(homeless& jobless) they (case management) will kick you too the curb when your time is up. For example they offer to drive me to a soccer living home but offered deer in the headlight expression when meet with my situation of " ok that's great, but that still leaves me penniless to get a bus or an Uber to a meeting or an interview. 2. I'm not sure the differences between private pay it insurance but I found it sheepish that after I voices my problem and asked for a scholarship to the PHP program they they said I was denied, they didn't ask me to do an exit survey like they required everyone who paid via insurance. 3. Once again I'm not sure the differences in protocol between self pay and insurance but when I asked for a copy of my treatment plan at the end of my stay I was once again meet with resistance and told they could not release it to me, even though I was signing it once a week. 4. Last bit certainly not least, I was released with the medicine that caused me to have a serious manic attack as well as another medicine that caused my night terrors to become so vivid I was talking in my sleep & clenching my hands till my nails made my palms bleed. The Tech Staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming though. To the phrase "don't shoot the messenger".

I found Recovery Unplugged through Google when I was ready to get help. I went through their program and felt like it was perfect for me. The music element added to their program was what drew me to them. The staff is incredible and they taught me so much about myself and how I could stay clean and sober. If you or a loved one is considering Recovery Unplugged, I highly recommend!

I was first a client here in 2018 and it was the best treatment experience I've ever had. Everyone was friendly and helped me learn how to live a new life in recovery. I'm extremely grateful for all of the staff for helping me on my recovery journey.
