We planned our trip to Australia in 2018. We had a great time thanks to Donna that planned every detail of our trip. She was able to answer every question in a timely manner. We followed her itinerary and was able to relax and enjoy the trip! We will definitely use Jett Set Travel and Donna again.

My honeymoon was amazing! We didnt have to worry about anything. Rides to and from the airport were taken care of and we did the coolest excursions!

We really enjoyed working with Donna from Jett Set Travel. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the travel locations we were considering. We decided on a New Mexico Resort, Unico Riviera Maya, and we loved it! Donna had personally been to this resort and could tell us first hand about its many attributes. Beautiful views, amazing food, brand new and fresh, great rooms, above and beyond service, a fantastic spa and a very well equipped gym. It was all inclusive and all adult. We especially enjoyed the quiet pool. We highly recommend Donna and Jett Set travel. She will take great care of you. We also highly recommend Unico. One of our best vacations.

If there were more stars available, I would click a thousand of them for Donna!!! Long story short...6 adults heading to Huatulco for vacation. last minute terminal change at DFW with AA and we missed our flight. There wasn't another flight until the next day with connections (8hrs) and if we had chosen that, we would have lost 2 days of vacation. My first call was to Donna to tell her what happened. She dropped everything to figure out a solution for us and within an hour she was able to get us on the next flight to Cabo (30 min later). There was a catch though...no accommodations just yet. She says..."get on the plane to Cabo and Ill have a place for you when you land". We all flipped a coin and took the gamble. Arrived in Cabo and and she has 2 places to choose from. We pick one, paid for it and immediately had the itineraries in our hand... and were on a shuttle to the resort. We ran into a lot of issues at the resort because of the late booking and had to deal with them regarding the all-inclusive portion of the trip but Donna worked on it for 2 daysall the while, we were sitting by the pool enjoying our vacation. There is a LOT more to this story, but we couldn't have done it with Donna! It was unbelievable, and we cant say THANK YOU enough!!!!! #jettsettravelforlife
