As I was just casually looking for a house to remodel, and I like to check out neighborhoods and exteriors on my own, I don't call in a realtor until I refine my search more. Because as soon as you call to ask a question on a house, it seems every realtor climbs out clamoring and pestering me to get my business. HATE THAT. Worse than car shopping! I called Kim regarding a property, explained my situation and that I was not looking for an agent yet and she politely answered my questions and stepped back. No hounding calls, texts, emails, anything. When I was ready to get inside homes and get a realtor I called her 1st because of that one consideration.(I live out of town. Don't know anyone). Kim was very efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and went WAAAYY beyond the call of duty to make the final purchase complete. Then recommended lawn and contractor people she personally uses. Can't give her more rating stars or I would. She did not make much % off my transaction ( due to price of home) but she worked hard just the same. Thanks Kimberly!
