The coffee is AWFUL - not sure what they did but it is terrible. We ordered a latte and they filled a small cup halfway with the rest being whipped cream.

The food is good here. The service is Amazing. The only thing I take issue with is they upcharge for Every Little Thing. It is So expensive. Wanna get a ham and cheese omelet and sub bacon for ham? $2 up charge. Of course there's no BYO or bacon and cheese omelet listed on the menu. I Just found out you can get it if you ask for it. On the skillet avocado doesn't count for a veggie. You get two veggies but available veggies aren't listed on the menu anywhere. Even if you just want avocado and no second veggies it's an upcharge. I get that food is getting more expensive but making little concessions like these that keep the customers happy isn't gonna make the business go under. Are they Really losing any noticeable amount of money by allowing these things? It feels greedy and smarmy on the part of the owners. Also they used to let adults order off the kids menu for people like me who can't finish a full adult meal. Cut that off as well. May have to start ordering to go only. Then the servers lose customers i.e. income. Maybe it's a negligible loss for them.

Wife and I came in this morning for breakfast. We have been To Upper Park many times. Today was different. Not many people, only three tables being served. I counted four girls working tables. We waited for 8 minutes and never got a menu, coffee, or good morning out of anyone. We finally up and left. Not sure what the issue was but when wait staff are huddled in kitchen and not helping customers eventually business will suffer. Most likely our last visit.
