        I am not happy with the fact that they do not refund you your administrative fees. You would think they filled out the application for you or something. I can see not refunding the application fee but $200 is too much for someone to just be forking over. I was going to move into these apartments because I had planned on taking a job in Texas. However, I changed my mind and I did not wait 24 hours to let them know I would not be moving and they still don't want to give me my money back. I plan to contact their corporate office because they could at least refund half the money back seeing as though I did not even wait a whole 24 hours before trying to cancel my application. Also, their email says they don't refund application fees not administration fees. Sad part is I was willing to move without even visiting because their online presentation was just that good.
