        Ive eaten at many Twisted Root branches since I moved back to Texas some years ago and this was the first disappointment. I ordered a burger. They asked me if I wanted it well done, which I thought was weird. I then asked for it to be cooked medium. It took them 23 minutes and the burger came out well done. Also, they just generally came across like they couldnt care less. It took them a while to figure out how to get me the refund they owed me. I left hungry.

        While at checkout counter with an item I was purchasing, I remembered that I needed printer ink. I asked her if she could determine what printer ink that I bought the last time I purchased ink. After putting in my phone number a couple of times, she was able to tell me what ink I had purchased in the past. So, I was able to get new ink without making a 30 mile trip just to buy ink. And she was very nice and really cared. So rare these days. I hope she knows how much it meant to me.
