HOTWORX - Arlington, TX (Viridian)

I absolutely love Hotworx Viridian! The staff and owner are great! It is always clean, the membership agreement is straightforward and simple, and the site is always well-maintained. A special kudos to the General Manager, Arika. She's goes the extra mile to take care of gym members and is always courteous and professional. :)

The facility is clean and functional. The personnel who work in the salon are fantastic. I was a member a little over 20 months, I went to cancel and the policy is absolutely draconian and they cheap you out of a couple extra months as a going away present... The front desk pointed to a fine print contract and said it was out of their hands and is the owners policy. No doubt they had been instructed to do so. Looking at other reviews I'm not the only one with this experience Its just a shame the lack of ethics and gratitude they have towards their customers as its totally unnecessary in an otherwise well run gym. I suppose if the gym's location and style works its worth going to but "read the fine print...."

I recommend this for all, beginners to advanced. Workouts are short and effective. You will walk out every time feeling accomplished. My wife and I are both tall, and the rooms are large and comfortable for us both. You get a lot with your membership. Locally owned small business!
