Rent the Runway Fulfillment Center

Trying to leave real reviews for RTR. Ive been using rtr for years before 2020. Canceled it, and now tried to use it again. Shipment got cancelled by the warehouse + RTR never even refunded the cost for me. I could not get the items I wanted on time for my specific event, and they were just 'ok well give you new slots to wear'- which now will arrive after my important event date. Shipping on time is crucial for RTR and if a customer did not receive these due to warehouse issue, we deserve a refund. I spent 90 dollars for membership to waste a week and a half. No wonder their business is doing bad. Loyal members used to love this. The clothes are all on sale there now too. They're trying to sell out all the old items+ but not update with any cute clothes anymore.

High Turnover. When applying for/accepting a job its because your life can accommodate the schedule you accepted. Working here you will accept one position and schedule but be forced to work a completely different position and schedule via mandatory overtime (daily on weekdays AND a weekend day). You accumulate points for missing the overtime even though you did not apply for or accept a position with a schedule your life can not accommodate. The job is easy and most management is amazing my only major issue is the schedule and not working my assigned job. It would be nice if they would open up a weekend shift for those that are available to work that type of schedule, having children or any other schedule interference makes the schedule a deal breaker when looking for the right job.

I have been a member since November of 2019 & have stuck with it despite the changes. However canceling my membership after being upgraded without my knowledge. Customer service was not helpful nor apologetic.
