Repaired my transmission right the first time for a good price. What really stands out is Sergio worked with me to understand my options and have me honest advice. First of all I want to thank google reviews for leading me to this place. I moved here from Hawaii this year and shipped my truck as well. Before I moved here I had my transmission replaced because of an accident I was involved in, but thats another bad experience with the mechanic I really dont want to talk about. Compared to the other shops I called who gave me an astronomical cost I came across Durable Transmission after reading all the reviews. I called and Mr. Sergio answered the phone so I explained my situation and the first thing he asked if I can bring my truck in. Brought my truck in and as I came through the door Ms. Claudia his wife greeted me with a smile and I felt so welcomed. Dropped my truck off for Sergio to look at. He called me up and explained the problem and gave me a price that was way cheaper than all the places I called! I just want to say is Sergio was very detailed and honest with his work he even took me in the shop to show me everything that was wrong with the trans. I was very impressed, not only how professional he was, but how nice he was including his wife Claudia. I just want to say thank you Durable Transmission for the awesome work and the great customer service! I will definitely come back and would recommend this place to anyone.
