My first closing as an agent was held at this location. The escrow officer was not on top of his job and caused the closing to be delayed by a week. When talking to me, he sound condescending and arrogant. He told me he does many closings a month and this is how it goes. On the day of closing he did not print out the whole closing packet and therefore two days after closing we had to close again. Unfortunately, my clients were back in Florida and so I had to pay a notary public to witness the closing documents. The closing officer at Trinity Title said he would reimburse me. A month later and no reimbursement came. He is not a man of integrity and regardless of what the attached sign on his desk says, we were not lucky to be working with him. This was a terrible experience and I will do my best to not work with this title company again.
