Mrs. Shonda Love left Smart Tax Services in July 2018 for numerous reasons and working with unethical staff is one of the main reasons. After seeing this last post by a recent customer who was scammed out of her tax refund this year clearly confirms Ms. Love made the best decision by not being affiliated with Smart Tax Services anymore. She stride on providing the best customer service with honest and integrity. She was a major asset and Mr. Smart knows she can never be replaced.

I highly recommend Shonda Love to file your tax return and help build/repair your credit. She stands behind the name "SMART" because she's very knowledgeable about the tax credits and tax laws to educate her clients. She has filed my taxes for the last several years and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. She's the "BEST."

My taxes were processed by Monique ( Emilia Barcenas on my forms ) Monique did my taxes and it was suppose to be direct deposited and instead it was put on a Walmart pre paid card and she stole my money she swore up and down she had no idea then she said she mailed a card which idk why cause that should Never have occurred and she gave me no confirmation then i had to go through so much just to get my tax information through this company .. I’m pressing charges with this company for stealing my money ... from what i understand she stealing several people tax money .. i went to the owner Mr.Smart and he isn’t helpful he doesn’t seem to care that his employees are stealing money so which lead me to believe he’s probably stealing with them. They text me back not call me back about the situation.. I’ve filed a police report this company is very unprofessional.. they are running a big scam with this office i would not recommend anyone to do their taxes with this company and hopefully If other people are being frauds they do the same file a report and sue the company
