Wish I could give them 0. Takes money out of bank account on recurring payment and gets the money and doesn't pay the hospital where the money should go! They won't answer their phones anymore! Don't trust them.

Horrible experience! I have a huge hospital bill from when my daughter was born and was in the NICU. my account was handed over to these extremely rude people. I was set up on a payment plan that was getting automatically taken out of my checking account each month. Well I noticed a couple of months ago that the payments had stopped. I contacted them and the lady who answered the phone was so very hateful. She told me that it was my fault because my payment plan was only set up for a year (????). Then proceeded to tell me that they have attempted to contact me 14 times but I never answer my phone. To which I responded I never received a message and if I dont know whos calling me, I typically dont answer. She said they werent allowed to leave messages...? Then she transferred me to an account representative to set up another payment plan who was also just as hateful as the first lady. I am not impressed and have nothing remotely good to say about them.
