i had a HORRIBLE experience here at kindercare, my son is 2 mnths old and was a month old when he started daycare here and from day one everytime i picked him up he had crust ALL OVER HIS FACE!!! they DIDNT change him when he spit up on him self so he sat their in a wet onsie all day til i picked him up, even with me saying theres extra clothes in his bag and i have boogie wipes for his face they still didnt bother to clean him up. they have no windows im the infant room and its ALWAYS cold and they have no carpet.. i went in there 4 times and it smelt like paint i remind you this is all in the infant room i dont know how the other rooms are but as i was saying my son is now hospitalized because he has pneumonia!!! i strongly believe its from them not changing him when he was wet in a cold room OH and they dont put blankets on the babies so that makes it worse/... i am completly displeased with that.. my son will no longer be going to this daycare EVER.
