Bright Stars Pediatrics

My son has been attending the office of Dr. King since he was 6 weeks. Id have to say that I would not have it any other way. Dr. Kings bedside manner is more than we could ever ask for. The office staff is friendly and accommodating especially, when my child needed medical care. We are more than pleased with the treatment our child has received. Thank you Dr. King/staff for all you have done and continue to do for our son.

Dr.King has been my pediatrician for 18 years. My daughter literally cried when she aged out. Dr. King is always knowledgeable and personable. I refer her to everyone.

Didnt even make it to a visit with the Dr. Front Desk staff gave me the run around for almost a month claiming they had not received records from previous doctor, even though I confirmed records were sent by other doctor. The front office secretary rudely told me not to call back and they they would call me to schedule appointment when records were received. I confirmed with previous doctor again that records were sent weeks prior. Finally they called me back to schedule an appointment, only to tell me that they would not accept my BCBS HMO insurance. Even though I told them what insurance I had on the first day! This process began on August 28th and they finally told me something today September 18th. Very unprofessional and rude.

Told the nurse practitioner my baby had an ear infection she told me he was fine that because he was teething it was causing him to mess with his ear! Didnt sound right to me but ok.. so a few hours later I get a call from an ear nose and throat specialist saying he was referred at this point Im mad! So I take him to the ER (cooks childrens) where I was told he had a ear infection called the nurse back she said she never sent over a referral for me not to go to the specialist.. t this point I switched providers cause why & how
