It's an ok agency, nothing to brag about. I think they can do better when it comes to some of the things they do or bogus policies they have. They are much more stricter then other agencies. They strive to be the "perfect" agency with causes problems. If you are honest, straight to the point, speak your mind regardless, and strong willed, well then this might not be the place for you. The administrator is, well if you don't see eye to eye with her about everything then you may get a lot of flack, and she'll be out to get you, so just stay clear of her and you'll be fine. Because of Ray I can recommend being a foster parent with this agency but, just be careful. If Ray wasn't there I'd say be a foster parent somewhere else. He's that great of a staff within the agency! He makes you feel that you are being heard and that you do matter when other staff don't.
Also there is a adopted parent on there facebook page that continues to be little and be rude to other foster parents. She is psycho and out of control and yet they do nothing which says a lot about the administrator of the agency. Not just I, but other foster parents removed themselves from the group because of this unjust travesty!!
