You won't be happy at the end of your dealings with Leaderone. They are inept and have a poor grasp on lending. The lending process is bureaucratically complicated and leaderone’s inability to do their jobs proficient makes this process unbearable and quite more expensive. Once you have your backs against the wall that’s when they stick it to you. The amount of mistakes and issues that we went through are too long for a review; if you would like more specifics please check with the following agencies: HUD and Bureau of Consumer Protection

We were first time homebuyers and had no clue how the process worked. Joy and her team were there every step of the way. They let us know exactly what information we needed to provide, and if we failed to submit an item they diligently followed up with us. The overall experience was positive, and in retrospect much less difficult than we'd initially expected thanks to them.
