        We purchased a lift chair, which has been a very good chair. However, we had told the sales person we were going to submit the paper work for reimbursement of the lift mechanism from medicare. We were told they could not submit the paperwork but gave us their npi #. Medicare has informed us that the supplier has to have a medicare ID # in order to receive the reimbursement, not an npi #. We feel the that the employees of the Arlington Medical Supply knew how medicare worked and did not provide us with this information, we therefore would not recommend this establishment in the future.

        I wasn't happy with the walker I was using, it was too light. I went to Arlington Medical Supply. I picked out a walker. The lady asked me if I wanted a drink holder, I did,so she got one and attached it to the walker. I used it to go to the car. Both people in the store were extremely nice and helpful.

      Hi Laquetta,Thank you for your feedback. I'm so sorry that medicare was not able to assist with your claim. We have not had a billing company since 2020 and we are just a retail store. We do offer an itemized receipt and our tax id upon request so that the customer can submit a claim to their insurance. However, we are not a part of the billing process. It is up to the insurance companies to honor any claim. If approved, they would only cover the lifting mechanism. To help with this process we do offer discounts up to $300.
