I just joined I Love Kickboxing Arlington and I love the energy and friendliness of the ataff and the other members.  I knew from the first day's training that I was going to love the environment. The music selections are great and the staff keeps everyone engaged throughout the workout. This workout leaves you energized and wondering where did the time go. If your bored with your current workouts, and looking for something different and exciting, then I Love Kickboxing Arlington is for you.

I would highly recommend this place. The most dedicated instructors, great studio and definitely GREAT workout. I different way to exercise in group. The changes in your body are remarkable. Everyday are different routines, so you will never get bored. Definitely the best decision you can take, you become addicted!!

ILK Arlington is Amazing! The instructors are friendly and always willing to help. The atmosphere is lively and engaging. The work outs are intense but the upbeat instructors and upbeat music makes the time fly by. It is a super fun way to stay healthy and relieve stress.

IloveKickboxing changed my outlook on weight loss motivating while becoming fit and can be as well. The team of trainers are awesome and very knowledgeable and helpful. The location is very clean and leocated in a nice location. I am recommending ilovekickboxing to all of my friends, family and coworkers. I’m so glad I made the decision to become a part of the team. Thank you ilovekickboxing.
