I wish I could give him one star! Dont have him customize ANYTHING for you. We ordered a necklace in September TWO months before we needed it and he promised it would be ready. Paid him 2400 for this for it to get lost in the mail three days before we needed it. He promised to have it remade and ready by the end of November and its now 12/20 and he hasnt delivered the product or given us a full refund. He did a refund but his account doesnt have sufficient funds so we havent received our money back. Tread lightly with this man. This is the second time he does it to our family. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with him and he is still playing with us. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me but i promise he wont do this a third time to us.
