Has taken two plus weeks to get our stock cash out. We're still waiting. Last update was that it would be wire transferred by 8-3-17. When my husband demanded the date of transfer today, we were again given the run around. The rep told us that he was an intern and was still learning the rules. No response to an email asking for a supervisors name and number. I can't believe that such an established company has such terrible customer service.

i just created a ameritrade stock account . after i registered i out some money in and bought some stocks but then i realized the balance is coming down drastically . so i started paying attention and realized the fact that they are changing my purchased price ..someone from dallas office called me to makesure everything fine ..so i called him back and told him this issue and he told me to call customer care . so i called customer care and explained this issue ..when he looked into the account and i provided the proof that i have he admitted that it is changing ..it is fraud..he said he will forward to the customer solution department but i never heard from them so far..,...if i don't hear from them i may need to go on media with the proofs i have so may be all customers need to take a look at their account since they are changing the purchase price to higher price ...the account never accurate...its interesting .....i am still waiting ...but beware of this company ..its scam ..fraud..
