        Was a horrible experience. When you have a client whom you’re supposed to represent whether they be at fault or not, professionalism should be the only option. I should never call a company such as this and be made to feel like I’m inconveniencing them with their claim that happened 10 days prior. I’m having to do all the leg work to make it right. Grateful I’m not insured with Pickard and if you’re considering this company do us all a favor and take your business elsewhere. ~Matt H.
