Worst experience ever.. Asked to get this escalated since nobody is returning numerous calls in the past month. Now waiting for a phone call for the third time this week to the “expert” team which I am told they should respond within 24 hours (which I am sure won’t happen)after the “resolution manager” never called within their 48 hour time line. The incident was on 4/9/21 and today is 5/5/21 and nothing still has been done to even start the process of getting the vehicle repaired. Will definitely be reporting this to the state insurance board!

I don't know about all Gallagher Bassett but I am having the worst experience would Gallagher bass is workers comp because not only are they refusing to do the surgeries that the doctors are asking for but they fight you to the note of compensate you when you are out. Honestly I thought that the insurance would be in paid by the company to protect your employees they act like they are the ones shelling out the money for the surgery but all in all is the interest that has been paid on you by work afoot at company to help keep you employed. Being a ploy with that company for 6 years and you mean to tell me that all this time that that company has pay for my insurance for workers comp you want to fight a person on getting a surgery that is needed to get them back to how they were before they had injury. I really think it's sad that so many people have to gold to this issue because I am not the only one and I will not be the last. I just think they should just do the job like they supposed to like everybody else do their jobs help that employee of that company heal and get the services that they deserve so that way they came maintain their livelihood before they had a major injury to put them in a situation that they are in now. And honestly workers comp I'm sorry in my opinion are the worst of helping people get back to how they're supposed to live.

I have been waiting a MONTH a get them to call me back and still nothing. The driver they insured was at fault and I am still having to wait to talk to them. WORSE company EVER!

They did everything in their power to not fix my injury. They will give you the run around as long as they can in order to not pay. I suggest dropping them as a service if you are paying for them. They won’t take care of you or anyone you are covering.
