Brittany has been my agent for probably 4-5 years by now and working with her has been an absolute breeze from the get-go, I can't recommend her enough. She's quick to respond and even quicker to get policy changes that I request in place. I change vehicles often and it's never an issue to reach out to her to make policy changes or adjust coverage. Seriously, just call her, she'll take good care of you.

If you get a quote from this agent you better get it in writing. I was flat out lied to about my insurance quote. I was told that my insurance would be $151 per month. However, when I logged into my farmers account it showed that my payments were actually $244 per month. Obviously I cancelled rightaway because I was able to find much cheaper insurance through another company. I have zero accidents or tickets in the last 3 years so there is no good reason for this agency to be charging those kind of rates. This experience was a complete bait and switch. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance because I am fairly certain that what they did was illegal.
