Metro Express Service Company is family owned and operated based in Kennedale, Texas. It was September 2019 when my air conditioner sprung a leak in the, “A” coil. I did not know who to call so I reached out to my church. One of the trustees told me he had used Metro Express Service to install a completely new system in his home and he was very satisfied with the entire process, so I gave them a call and was also extremely satisfied, so if you need air-conditioning or heater repair, these folks will work tirelessly until you are comfortable again. My new Trane HVAC system came with a three-year service plan. Today a technician came out and made sure my heater was ready to go as winter is coming soon. How comforting to know that I am part of the family (not literally) same last name as the owners but, no relation. They make me feel like family because they are so good to me. Well I could go on and on but, make sure to look them up online and save their information in your phone because it’s not if but, when you’ll have a heating or air conditioning problem you will want to keep these people on speed dial. And don’t be afraid to share with others because M.E.S will make you look good when they are happy as well. In fact just last night a friend of mine called and said a friend of his air conditioner went out and asked me if I knew of someone trustworthy and I recommended M.E.S to them. It’s rare nowadays to find good service, quality parts, and professionalism and I’m thankful that I found this company.
