Days Inn Arlington

Had booked a trip four months in advance, the day of they cancelled my reservation because my card got flagged as fraudulent. I immediately call and speak to general manager Sergio who would not let me make another reservation with another card, my husbands card not even tied to mine etc. We were literally driving there at the time they cancelled with no heads up and were NOT helpful at all over the phone. Never in my life have I encountered such bad customer service in the hotel industry.

I stayed there for a week. It was beautiful. Rooms look and feel super clean and super good. Comfy beds. They cleaned my room daily. The shower there is pretty nice with sliding glass doors. There is a patio outside where you can hangout with your friends and family. They also have a designated smoking area away from the patio. They are completely non-smoking so thats a complete stay again for me.

Roomy! Clean, clean,CLEAN! We spent the whole weekend there and it was so nice and so close to the AT&T Stadium! Only gripe was coffee in the lobby ended at 10 am and there was no breakfast. But, it was a nice hotel. There are no elevators but, there are only two floors. Sooo. It was nice. But, I wish they had an elevator

We enjoyed our stay here, everything in the room was very clean and neat, service was great as well

Everything was fine until I took a shower and roaches were in restroom.
