        We still doing this in 2024?? So I started doing instacart. Clearly scanning all My items but I had CASHIER standing over me watching VERY CLOSELY and on top of that My order was heavy and didn't even offer to help but yet.Watch me as if i'm going to leave with something. That's what we're doing Kroger.We're having people watched. Now mind you, he didn't watch anybody else but me.I felt uncomfortable leaving here and I will not be coming back. If anybody sees this please be aware of your surroundings Racism is definitely still real in 2024

        I shop at this location every weekend and have since it grand opened. Today was my first bad experience and it was an issue of digital coupons not working. The associate running self check out was I believe an Indian gentleman and he was less than pleasant. He told me I can no longer use digital coupons clipped from the website and told me I was required to dl the app. He did not want to see my coupons clipped on the website and was rather rude about it. I generally spend $400-600 per month at this location however I'm not sure I want to come back. I hope this was a one off and if I come back next weekend that associate will not be running the self checkout.
