Hi David, so sad to see that you were less than 100 percent satisfied with your visit! Glad to hear everything is working great, as we pride ourselves on professional repairs. Offering a fair and valuable service to our community along with customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that at first glance, as a homeowner, unexpected repairs can feel costly, so we will work to provide some clarity below 🙂The total of 200 for all of the work done included coming out to the home, doing the comprehensive tune up, tensioning the springs, and rebalancing the door system. Our technicians will generally work quickly because they do this work each and every day and are very skilled in these repairs. If someone were less trained, it would take quite a bit longer and has a high likelihood of resulting in injury given the tremendous torque and pressure on the system. Our technicians will also have the expertise to make sure the job is done correctly for the safety of you and your loved ones. When working with an attorney, we generally have a phone call or go to meet them at their office vs their coming to our home when we need them. In our line of work, there is quite a bit of cost involved to come to the home and make the service call happen. It will go beyond the time at the home. Some of the costs that will need to be covered are compensating the technician for his drive time to the home, his drive time away from the home, his time and labor at the home, covering fuel charges to and from the home, trucks and maintenance, compensating the representatives that take your call to book your appointment and run the schedule and dispatch them to your home. There are quite a bit more costs involved than these basics to make sure we are able to remain in business to quickly respond to our community when they are in need of a repair, but we hope these basics help give some clarity. It is important that we compensate our staff appropriately for their time and labor so that we keep the best technicians on deck to provide excellent service to our valued customers.We hope this provides some clarity as to all the costs that go into providing our services and re-instills your faith in us as a company and our values.
