A Alert Towing

Extremely disappointed with this company!! Shocked at how the tow truck operator violated procedures and was being extremely disrespectful. when I called up to the company to try and rectify this matter, or at least get an understanding, I spoke with a very rude and illiterate sounding man who refused to even listen to the complaint that I had. He very childishly talked over me the entire conversation and would not let me get a single word in. at the end of all of this the man hung up and would not answer any further calls. I have reported him to the local authorities and the towing agency to the appropriate administrative board that deals with these types of complaints. I will update my review once I hear back from the state of Texas as to what happened. Very disappointed and shocked at the complete lack of respect for the statues that govern the regulations placed on this industry. I would not recommend them to anyone!!

I was stranded in an area that I was not familiar with and expected to wait a few hours. Last month my son had an issue with his car and had to wait 4 hours before his tow truck driver arrived at his school to pick up his car. I was hoping this new towing company would get there before dark. Surprisingly the driver came across town and picked me up in less than 1 hour. I was able to get my car to the shop and myself back home before dark. Very friendly, very fast, reasonable prices. I made sure to get a few of his cards to pass out to my friends. I would recommend this company to everyone....Very pleased!!
