        I called yesterday and was told by the receptionist that she was with a patient and that she needed to take a message and hang up. That wouldnt have bothered me as much had she not proceeded to say I am busy and this is a very bad time for you to be calling right before she ended the call. Completely unprofessional and rude!

        oh my god they got my tooth and gum infected from their dirty tools they start blaming each other i had to go to another dentist she told me i was lucky i did't lose my tung and they are rude rude rude if any thing goes wrong you are on your own my experience with them was Disaster i will talk to Attorney i will not give them a pass

        I had to go back several times after the crown on my implant fell out. After a couple of months the crown fell out again. I don't think Dr. Pham and staff are qualified to do dental implants.
