Dr. Michael A. Graceffo

Dr. Graceffo is a straight shooter who clearly wants his patients to have happy and healthy lives. He’s charming and intelligent, and has a very dry sense of humor, all of which he has used during my visits with him to help me not be defensive. I have a history of “white coat syndrome”— my blood pressure invariably goes up when I am in care offices. It’s wonderful when your own care giver can assuage your fears, and let you know that the sky is not falling.

The only issue was the wait time. My appointment was for 11:30 and I didn’t see the doctor until 12:45.

I found the staff and my doctor to be polite and knowledgeable. It seemed to act like a well oiled machine. It did take quite awhile to accomplish all that was prudent and necessary. I have high confidence in information that was gathered and transmitted.
