Very unprofessional staff. Came in today for my alterations appointment only to find out they no longer do in house alterations. They claim to have called me and cancelled the appointment in a voicemail. I never received a call. The lady their this morning told me there was no reason to be frustrated and I could return at 5pm when someone who does alterations picks up other dresses. And had little concern for the inconvenience they caused. Not even an "I'm sorry" or an apology of any sort for the inconvenience.

I had a bridesmaid order her dress in the wrong color and we did not find out until 2 weeks before the wedding that it was the wrong color. I went in to this store (as the bride) and they went way above and beyond to help me get the correct dress in the right color on such short notice even though they weren't at fault at all! They were absolutely amazing!

We came to look at dresses for my mother's vow renewal and Theresa was so helpful and lovely! The entire staff is so inviting and wonderful. I would recommend making an appointment for all your wedding needs!
