Joe is a great mechanic who knows his stuff. I was told by other mechanics that my Mercedes needed a new engine. However, Joe told me that he would take a look at my car first because it may not need one and what do you know? My car doesn't need a new engine. It just needed a few more updated parts. He is an honest person and for that he will always be my mechanic from now on.

a friend and he did not disappointment. Fixed the sensor in my car in a timely manner. Since I have a honda everyone was trying to charge me an arm and a leg to fix it. Joe just charged me a finger lol

My gf had her daughter’s car towed here when it broke down about 4-5 months ago. He told her that the motor had to be replaced. It took him about a month to replace it and that he would discount her. Took 100 dollars off the 2k he charged her which wasn’t much for the fact that we had to get her daughter a rental for a whole month! Literally a few days later the motor started knocking so we went ahead and bought her a new car. She texted and called him a bunch of times and finally he called back telling her he would find time to come out to Waco to check it out. He never came out. So she had to tow it to him once again which costed her more money again! After that he told her that there wasn’t a problem that an oil change would fix it... From my knowledge of cars there is no such thing as an oil change fixing a motor knock unless he poured Lucas in it to suppress the noise. That doesn’t fix it! He didn’t even offer to drive it back to us so we had to drive all the way back to Arlington to pick it up. Just to find out that it’s still knocking. My gf has known this guy for over 10 years and didn’t think he would be that way. He also told her he drove her car from Arlington to Austin without our consent.... We have been trying to reach out to him for a week now with no luck. I’m guessing he’s been avoiding us. We will be taking legal actions soon if we don’t get a refund or a new motor. This guy does not even deserve a single star.

Best service ever reasonable prices, and very quick. Joe was very friendly very knowledgeable of what he was doing and I would truly highly recommend taking all of your auto needs to him and staff.
