Terrible service and overall experience. I bought a motor from here after I had been convinced that it was good. I had it installed and it immediately started knocking. Customer service has not been a help to me at all. Terrible business.

I am not sure where to start, I bought a Subaru motor them, they told me I didn't have to switch any major parts, THEY LIED, after thousands of dollars trying to switch parts, and still the motor was not running right, I take it back to them so they can fix the issue they kept my car for 2 months and still didnt fix it. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND RUDE

So unfortunately they do not have knowledge employees they sold me a transmission that was not compatible and this is the aftermath of their transmission I'm highly disappointed and will have to take legal action be careful when they tell you that it is compatible cause they obviously don't know I have to pay a crazy amount to find what modem was fried and get repaired all while have a customer that was also very upset down my throat asking why this happened unlike JDM we are having to cover the cost.

BAD BUSINESS! I do NOT recommend this place. If you are about to purchase a motor from this business, STOP and read this first! I will be clear and direct, I purchased a motor from them and payed for labor to have it installed as well. They have a warranty on their motors (or maybe not). As soon as they call me to pick up my vehicle, I drive it back home and notice the bad performance and engine light on, so I immediately took it back the next day. They received the vehicle, which they also kept for months without even giving me a courtesy call to inform me of the status. While this happened, I was tracking every movement of my vehicle through my insurance's locator device and quickly noticed it being drove around randomly, and also it was being kept on a different location, because this people uses an external mechanic shop. After months of waiting I decided to contact and was informed that they replaced the timing belt and the vehicle was ready to pickup. I make my way to pick it up, drive it around on my way back home and the vehicle still not performing well, same engine light on, same codes. I took it back once again, same story, they kept it for months, used their external mechanics, and never gave me a call back. When I decided to contact, they inform me of a "high pressure fuel pump" that needed to be replaced, and since this wasn't included on the warranty (because it's not part of the engine) they would not fix it, but I had to PAY THEM for the diagnostics, which later they dropped the charges when I asked them for my purchase receipt which they never gave me one, and they had to make a new one because they lost the original one. I have to mention that the mechanic shop they use have absolutely no sense of a clean job, and left dark grease spots all over inside the cabin, door panels, center console, etc. and even their trash, and I'm not talking about chips bags, I'm talking about dirty clothes, containers, boxes, used rags. Anyways, back to my vehicle, I take it somewhere else and payed to have the part replaced and as it was to be expected, this did not fixed the issue!. I now have taken my vehicle to another location and thanks to this Technicians, the issue was found in less than 1 day, the issue is obviously an engine problem, and it is repairable, the bad news is parts and labor will cost $1200 to $2000 which now I have to pay myself because JDM tried everything to avoid making their warranty effective by telling me every issue I had was not part of the motor. Their warrant clearly states: "If the engine was installed by a certified mechanic, it is the mechanic's responsibility to ensure that the engine is in good condition before releasing the vehicle to the customer". Which they fail to do! they never released a vehicle in good conditions even though they "installed the motor" which seems more like I actually PAID for an engine and was scammed by JDM trying to rebuild it and failing to do so. In conclusion, BAD business, negligence, lack of integrity, lack of communication, warranty scam, and bad service overall. If you want to buy a motor from them for $2000 - $3000 and end up paying over $5000, DO NOT waste your time and go to a competitive shop like I did, where they call you, inform you, leave you voicemails, and every repair gets approved by you with transparency.
