        Just called to set-up my annual A/C check-up and learned ESP went out of business in November 2018. Sad to hear this news as we have had very good service with them the past 18 years. New "owner" is Milestone Electric and Air. Milestone will not honor any contract, but are providing a "free" check-up for us.

        Called them to repair our 3 year old system. They came -said they fixed the issue, it was a cracked washer. We paid for the repair. Three hours later it was obvious that the system was not repaired. They came out the next day, service man said he had not tightened the washer and he recharged the system. Two days later the system is not working. Refund requested.
