Rick dropped the cold storage unit off on time with no problem. Gave me a quick class on the trailer and since there was a small hick up with the order, he upgraded my order with no charger and our outreach was able to do more. They will go out the way for you and work with your schedule to get your unit to you.

Thank you so much, Alana and all of you at Keep It Cold!! Our church, Couts Methodist Church, in Weatherford, Texas rented one of your freezer trailers to use to at our Community Peach Festival that was attended by over 40,000 people. We made 350 gallons of peach ice cream for sale and your freezer trailer kept it for 2 days at a cold -4 degrees while the weather outside was in the mid nineties. It was perfect for what we needed. We can’t say enough about how helpful, professional and courteous the Keep it Cold staff was to us. They delivered the trailer exactly when they told us they would and took great care to explain, in detail, everything that we needed to know about running the freezer.
