Kevin is great at what he does. His inspection of our new construction house was very thorough and he discovered things we would never have figured on our own. I so appreciate an in person follow up since we were out of town during the inspection as well as the video clips of all major items which were very easy to follow. If youre looking for someone reliable, responsive who knows his stuff really well, Kevin is the guy!

Kevin was awesome from the start. He was on time and even waited for me past the time we agreed to meet (I was delayed due to traffic). Then he wasn't in a hurry to leave, he took the time to explain every detail to my wife and I and offered to stay until our questions were answered. I would highly recommend him! Justin

Top notch inspection service! Very educational, but without the alarmist approach that many inspectors can have. Prompt, professional, and uses the latest technology available. We will continue to use Kevin and Ninnis Home Inspections in the future!
