My cousin brought us to McDonalds and she ordered her food and we ordered our food different orders, but wouldnt let us use different codes from the McDonalds app so we asked for her managers name, but would not give it to us. Instead she came and looked really annoyed when we told her what was wrong, she did it and gave us everything. I let us use her codes and because she looked really scared that we were asking for her name and when food they brought the food to us, we asked for it a plain cheeseburger with no mustard or mayo at when we opened it it only had mayo and everything I said not to put on the cheeseburger and do not put cheese on it. I have always came to this McDonalds but it is starting to not have good service not good food like they dont care.

Always have issues with the orders ! For the last two years it's been a mess . My 11 yr old grandson likes his meals from McDonalds but it is hard when y he Menu goes out on the drive through and all they tell you "Sorry we can't do anything about it you have to wait " and there is a line of people waiting behind you and it's been more than 5 minutes and still no menu ! Than they take your order and it's all wrong !

Just got food to go and the fries were horrible, the fries must have been sitting in the warmer way too long, won't be back
