If zero stars can be left, I'd leave zero. This dealership sold me a VW Bug that was damaged in hurricane Katrina. At the time there were -- I found out later -- many totaled vehicles that were brought into Texas and sold as non-totaled vehicles. A lot of information for these cars were not properly reported so it did not show up on Carfax.
I purchased the VW Bug for over $10,000. Just a week after the purchased the problems started to pile up. After getting the run around from the dealership I took the car to VW to be looked at. They informed me that the car had "major issues" and seemed like it had been damaged before - even though the Carfax was relatively clean.
It was shortly after that when I found out that the vehicle had been damaged during the hurricane. The dealership was unwilling to do anything to help with this and completely ignored me after I informed them of this.
