        Brazoria County Constable Eduardo Vargas was patrolling Old chocolate bayou road, and he pulled our nanny over, who was transporting our 3 children. He claimed the most vague traffic law of "following too closely". He scared our children and selected her out of a line of vehicles for a bogus and hard to prove traffic law in a 35 MPH zone where she was observing the speed limit. This behavior reeks of profiling and this entitled officer is part of the global problem of gross overreach by officers. We need our county's sheriffs office to do better and TRAIN BETTER. Just so disappointed with this officer.
