        I would give zero stars if I could. This place is a HUGE RIP OFF. When I asked to cancel my membership, after being told twice I couldn't tan the full time (that it was a "law"), they told me I would only have the 4 days of the month I paid $38 for. When I asked for a refund (I paid for entire month of March), they told me I had tanned twice and those amount to $15ea so I'd get back $8. FOR TANNING TWICE! And this was processed without even speaking to me - it was via email correspondence. I would've rather tanned the whole month if I was paying $30 regardless. I will make sure everyone knows what a scam this place is and will refuse to do business with them in the future. Absolutely ridiculous.

        They will make cancelling a nightmare. Customer care is only there to say, "I'm sorry there is nothing I can do". The truth is they choose to do nothing to help you.
