Au Properties

I currently rent from here from a realtor who was super nice and professional. I fell for this company and I pay on time and communicate any issues that I have with them faithfully but they do not ever follow up on what is needed from them. If they show your house to tenants the houses are always dirty and gross. Bad company and one to avoid at all costs!

I wish I didn't have to give them any stars. Au Property Management doesn't care about their tenants. They will put you into an apartment without working appliances only to sneak in your lease they won't replace it. Their buildings are overrun with roaches and mice. We had a fire that was because they neglected to put the electric boxes up to code only to leave us without electricity for days while lying to you and holding their hands out. They will stab you in the back in front of the judge. They really don't care about you or anything else and they never call you back unless it's about money. Forget about securing the vacant apartments so you don't get robbed and if you do get robbed it's not their problem. You will pay insurance fees only to find out that it does nothing for you.

Called to check if there were other properties available to rent and all were met with was “I don’t know check our website.” Also received a call from AU Properties, missed the call, and immediately called back they said “I don’t know who would’ve called you” ????? Great Company.... 🙄
