Worst patient care ever. I handed in my new patient paperwork and they lost it and I was told they cant see me without it. They are so incompetent. How do you loose a patients privacy paperwork. The staff was very rude about it too.

Love my doctor and nurse. But the front staff is rude!!! And so unprofessional. You walk up, and they look at you like you're an inconvenience to them. No, hello, how can I help you?... just look at you dead in the face. This is the second time coming up here, and this is happening. If you're unhappy or dislike your job, there is always someone who needs a job willing to do it with a smile.

The lady that schedules prenatal appointments was very rude and seemed like she just didnt want to do her job.

Heartbroken and shocked. I saw Appel once in 2020 to consider using her as a provider for my pregnancy at the time... I told her I was also considering using a midwife. She told me if I went with a midwife I would have to be terminated from her care, and explained for legal reasons she wanted records to show I only had one provider... I asked if I could use her for future pregnancies and she said yes. Flash forward 3 years later. I was wanting to see Dr. Tucker as my provider and after 2 weeks of waiting for "paperwork to be approved" and back and forth answers from the receptionist, I just got told they will not be removing my terminated status... All for going with a midwife one time instead of them. I am so mind blown!
