        It could use a little face lift..It used to be a very clean and pleasant place seems ti just need some TLC..Managment needs to hire a permanent grounds keeper to handle yards and outside upkeep would fix the problem..And not allow tennants. To do oil changes and for them to throw trash around like they do ..A few stiff fines will stop this behavior in its tracks. The folks living there all seem very friendly thats a plus.. Rent price seems reasonable.

        Ken Neeley is the owner of these properties - I rented a 2 bedroom trailer with a large lot. When I had an issue with the sewer he responded quickly and very politely. The whole park is kept very clean and you can see the owners driving through frequently so you know the area is cared for and safe. Overall my house was very nice and the owner was great to work with.
