    I wish I did not have to leave a star at all...only way to warn others of this deceitful/horrible company. This company is absolutely ridiculous. They love to change prices on their customers... and ones that are on a fixed income can barely survive as it is. I read below a gentleman said right hand does not know what left hand is doing and he was absolutely 150% correct. It blows my mind knowing people can do this to anyone that cannot breath or have any other health issues. I will be looking into other places, contacting the better business bureau and anyone else that I need to. Please everyone be warned of how they operate.

    Cost of cpap online(with/without insurance): -$500. Final Cost with Britkare nightmare (with insurance): -$1700. Britkare also tried to charge us an extra -$250 for an extra piece of equipment a family member had paid for in full herself, in person. I will never trust this company again.

    My husband and I do not recommend this company at all. First off it took several calls and voicemail messages over the course of weeks to get an appointment. When my husband shows up for his appointment he has to wait for the employees to finish their discussion (which it is obvious is not work related). Once he is shown the CPAP machine he is asked for his credit card information. We happen to have great insurance (thank goodness) and do not have a deductible or a copay. The representative says she does not believe him and tells him he must give her his cc info. My husband refuses and asks to speak to the manager. The manager states too that they need it. Why not offer to call the insurance and verify coverage instead of insisting on people’s credit card info? My husband ended up leaving without his machine. This company has horrible customer service! We will be telling the doctor too as he recommended this place. Obviously he doesn’t know how shady this place is.
